Hey @error_undefined , If your WHOOP app has been closed for about 8 hours, syncing that amount of data typically could take around 30 to 40 minutes, depending on your Bluetooth connection and internet speed. Here are some reasons syncing could be slower and some things to try…
Bluetooth issuesEnsure Bluetooth is turned on and your WHOOP is properly connected.
Phone restrictionsPower-saving or battery saver modes may block background syncing—disable these while syncing.
Unstable internetSyncing requires a solid Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
Syncing across multiple devicesSwitching between different phones/tablets can cause delays. Stick to one device.
Firmware or app hiccupsOutdated firmware or app glitches may slow things down—update firmware in Device Settings and, if needed, force close and reopen the WHOOP app.
Device needs a rebootIf sync still lags, reboot your WHOOP device from Device Settings > Advanced > Reboot Device, and keep the app open nearby for 30 seconds.
Manual sync requiredIf automatic syncing stalls, go to Device Settings in the app and select “Sync Now.”
