Suggestion for Strength Trainer

Hi everyone

i think it would be nice, if during Strength Trainer Session you can see the actual strain.

Now, i can only see the strain after session. If it was too much, its too late.

Also it would be nice to include a Timer for Pause between Sets.

Further it would be nice to see the actual Heart rate on lock screen to Control the Pause length.

If I was doing 10 reps of bench press and see that my strain is too high, it’d maybe encourage me to stop, even if I have 3 more reps in the tank.

I think if you do too much strain, but recover from it in a day or two, that’s actually more fitness/hypertrophy gains than stopping earlier. No?
