Strain Calculations - Weightlifting vs Cardio

So, had a nice long chat with the Whoop AI last night. Happy to share the logs if necessary. Long and short of it is that I was noticing on days where I lifted heavy and didn’t get a spike in HR my Strain recording was low, while days I would walk briskly for 15 minutes would measure a heavier strain.

Ultimately the AI admitted that if all factors are equal (Sleep, HRV, RHR, etc) the strain for walking briskly will record to be higher than the strain of a heavy lift with no HR spikes. The AI also admitted that this is an incorrect way to evaluate strain because the recovery necessary from a brisk walk is minimal as compared to a heavy lift session.

I would love to see this improved as recovery from a heavy lift is much more significant than a walk, and therefore I think the data is therefore slightly skewed.
