Sleep times in bucket chart

I’m a WHOOP member and wanted to share a feature request around how sleep timing data is surfaced in the app.
Right now WHOOP does a great job tracking sleep duration and quality, but I’d love a view that focuses specifically on sleep timing consistency — when I’m actually going to bed and waking up across days and weeks. Specifically:

  1. Hourly bucket distribution — a bar chart showing how my bedtimes and wake times cluster across time (e.g., how many nights did I fall asleep in the 11pm hour vs. 12am vs. 2am). Same for wake times. This makes it immediately obvious where my “natural” windows are and how much I’m drifting.
  2. A timeline scatter view — plotting each night’s bedtime as a dot on a fixed time axis (e.g., 9pm to 5am), so you can see at a glance how consistent or scattered sleep timing is over a month.
  3. Social jet lag callout — a simple stat showing the average difference between weekday and weekend sleep timing. Mine is about 80 minutes for bedtime and 2 hours for wake time, which is clinically meaningful but not something I can easily see in the current app.
  4. Streak / pattern flags — surfacing things like “3 consecutive nights past 3am” or “wake time variance >2hrs this week” as notable patterns, similar to how the app flags recovery scores.
The underlying data is clearly there — I was able to export and analyze it manually to surface all of this. Having it built into the app would make it much easier to act on sleep consistency as a habit, not just sleep duration.
