It sounds like your WHOOP 4.0 is not showing Sleep and Recovery details in the app for the past couple of days. This can happen if WHOOP fails to autodetect your sleep or if the sleep data is incomplete. Here are some things to check and try:
If your WHOOP device was removed during sleep or if it died due to low battery, no Recovery score will be generated.
If less than 85% of your sleep data is captured, a Recovery score may not be generated.
Sometimes sleep is incorrectly logged as a nap. You can convert naps to sleep in the app by tapping the nap activity, selecting the three dots, and choosing “Convert to Sleep.”
You can manually add or adjust sleep in the app by tapping the + icon, selecting Sleep, and entering the sleep period.
Make sure your WHOOP device is positioned correctly and charged.
If sleep data is stuck in pending or not processing, it may be due to syncing delays or incomplete data uploads.
