Sensor replacement

I have been trying to get a sensor replacement for over a month due to the battery draining in 1-2 days. I have corresponded by email but cannot get any resolution for this problem. The whoop customer service is terrible and I am only getting answers back from AI bots. Has anyone ever gotten a sensor replaced successfully? We have been very happy with the whoop when it’s working but it is ridiculous that their customer support is so awful. Please advise.
