I´m a new user of Whoop 5.0 Peak. I´ve been using a combination of Samsung Health (via Galaxy 7 watch) and Fitify - which is an app to guide me through exercise routines. For running, I use Samsung´s running coach (via the Samsung Health app / watch). Historically it has tracked everything.
My questions are: should I start ONLY using the Whoop app?
Do I start activities like running in Whoop and at the same time start the running coach in Samsung Health (for voice guided running)? Would that result in double-counting of calories burned etc?
I would like to have Whoop capture and process all the good stuff - but at the same time, be free to continue to use Samsung Health´s guided running or exercise features and routines.
I´m worried that 2 apps will count the calories/steps twice and cause chaos.
Final question: Is there a guide for setting up Health Connect? (which things should the Whoop app be able to read and write & how should Samsung Health be configured for read/write in Health Connect)?
