WHOOP helps me monitor my recovery, training load, and other important health metrics. It’s very lightweight and comfortable, and after a day or two, you barely notice it on your wrist.
My only request is to please add Russian language support. I believe this would make WHOOP accessible to many more users in Russian-speaking countries.
