Return the device (from Italy)

cancelled my trial subscription, which expires on 12 November, but I am unable to return the device. I have not received any notifications. I read that the device had to be returned within 30 days. What should I do now?
Is there support available in Italy or at least in Europe? Is it possible that I will now have to pay for the device anyway? Thank you for your help.

I outlined the complete trial return process below. If you are returning from Italy, you will most likely need to use UPS or DHL but this should be indicated as you go through the return process.

To return your WHOOP trial from Italy, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate your return by going to app.WHOOP.com/membership/returns or in the WHOOP app navigate to More > My Account > Membership & Billing, then select “Cancel My Trial” and follow the prompts to request a return.

  2. You will receive a prepaid return label and any required customs documentation (such as a commercial invoice or dangerous goods label) via email within 1-3 business days. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

  3. Prepare your return by including all required components: WHOOP sensor, battery pack, and original packaging (if available). Securely package the items in a sturdy box or padded envelope.

  4. Attach the return label and any customs documentation to the outside of the package.

  5. Ship your return using the courier indicated for your region. For Italy (EU), DHL or UPS are used.

  6. Keep your tracking receipt and reference number for your records.

WHOOP will process your return and refund within 5-10 business days after receiving the package.
