Return Label with Broken Links

I requested a return after my Chase Sapphire Reserve credit was denied because my browser autofilled a coupon code and made my total only $356. ($3 short) The return labels have broken links and I am unable to return. All I wanted to do in the first place is have my total Adjusted. Is there any way we can do this? If not, how do I get return labels without broken links.

Hello, I haven’t received credit for same reason. did you have any luck?
