I was gifted an old Whoop for a free 60 day trial. I have cancelled it using the computer within the trial period but I cannot find the Return Label or QR code. I wrote to support and got an AI-generated response. In the app, under membership - it doesn’t give me option to CANCEL MY TRIAL/VIEW RETURN DETAILS. Just keeps giving me option to Reactivate my subscription or upgrade it. Is this because the WHOOP is an old device, that is why WHOOP is not giving me a Return label? I do not want to be charged the $110 for not returning it. Pls let me know who to write to. Ai-response is not helpful at all. thanks
