I would like to request the cancellation of my WHOOP membership effective next month. I understand that my account currently shows an early termination balance, but I kindly ask if you could waive this fee.
Unfortunately, I have been experiencing problems with the WHOOP band. It has developed an unpleasant odor even with regular cleaning, and wearing it has been causing pain and discomfort in my wrist. Because of these issues, I am no longer able to use the device comfortably.
I would really appreciate it if you could make an exception and allow me to cancel my membership without the remaining balance.
