I want to switch to a new Whoop device while keeping my existing user account, but I am unsure about the outstanding balance on the old device that is preventing the new one from working. How can I make the payment? I also want to cancel the old device, but I need everything to remain under the same user account. Additionally, I am unable to link an account for automatic payments. Regarding the outstanding charges, please calculate them on a monthly basis; if I am forced to pay for a full year, I would be wasting money.
