I’ve just got my whoop and my excitement did not last long.
They want to charge 300 bucks for a yearly sub and then don’t want to send a brand new sensor and a band.
The device I recieved was used and not in great condition.
I will return it and will not be subscribing.
When I go to apple to buy a product, I pay for it and i get a brand new product. I don’t give a crap if you want to be sustainable or not, which is not the reason you are doing this.
I am furious because I feel misled and also they think we are stupid.
You are not offering me the subscription half the price so I want a new device. thats it. If you can’t offer a free trial then don’t offer one.
I don’t want to use someone elses used old device and band with my hard earned money.
Then they go ahead and sue companies like bevel that provices top notch product and service.
