WRT the subject, I have already shared the details with the whoop coach, but unfortunately no benefit.
Having said that, I am attaching here 2 days (4th-June & 10th June), dashboard is showing correct, whereas the trend is not showing. Which is eventually affecting my overall average, which am quite concerned, as the overall progress is impacting due to not being sync.
I have already tried following, force closing the app, rebooting the app. Checking for the updates, it’s up to date.
Looking forward to hearing for you soon and I am hope it shall be fixed with in today, as its my few days now chasing for this matter.
I myself have found the solution of it. I had mail the Whoop Tech team which no doubt they reverted promptly without delaying, however, stated that they have raised the cocnern to engineering for this bug and coming updates it shall be cleared, whereas, inspite of updates it kept the same.
Today when i was editing my sleep timing manually, which is an another issue i am facining in sleep category if i wake up midnighr for prayer (Muslim Prayer), then i cannot have two sleep reading with gap of hour or two, this i will talk in another post. The point is you can resolve this glitch which i discussed in this post earlier for recovery, just by editing the sleep time i minute earlier, which let alogorithim re-evalaute, by doing so they will bring the same score of trend in dashboard and sync them, which is seriously a relief. Earlier those days when it occured last month i spent much time but all in vain and later multiple mails as well without any benefit, until today!!
