Question about trial band and account access

I have a question regarding my WHOOP Peak 5.0 band.

Unfortunately, the hardware has stopped working. I understand that this happened because the device was purchased from a non-official reseller, and I fully acknowledge that it is not eligible for warranty support. I’m completely fine with that and have no claims regarding replacement or repair.

I would like to ask whether it is possible for me to purchase a trial (or replacement) band now and continue using it with my existing WHOOP account and subscription.

Please let me know if this option is available and what steps I should take.
