Hi, I have just purchased my first whoop, and so far I must admit I’m not too impressed.
I have purchased the 12 month PEAK subscription, and upon making an account - it displayed the ONE membership, even though I paid extra for the PEAK from the retailer, I have since been charged an extra £72 in app.
Any idea what’s happened there? I have contacted support and hoping to get it resolved asap
