Anyone have a similar experience? My GPS starts tracking my distance only to suddenly stop. Whoop has given me the same 3 or 4 “helpful tips” that don’t fix the problem.
I sent photos and called customer support and they’ve been poor (at best). Today, I asked to be escalated and the rep told me my reasons for doing so (continued product issues, rude customer service) weren’t satisfactory enough to merit an escalation.
I felt like I had no alternative but to cancel my service. No other issues with any other apps using GPS, just Whoop. All I get from them is “try these things” and “it must be your phone”.
Love to hear from anyone else that may have experienced this, too. This thing is being outperformed by a $150 Fitbit!
