I’ve been using my WHOOP consistently for the past 88 days, wearing it every day, and I’ve started to feel that the calorie tracking and strain calculations are not accurate.
On days when I train extremely hard , sometimes to the point where my entire body is shaking from the intensity my strain rarely goes above 12, which doesn’t seem to reflect the effort I’m putting in.
Another issue I’ve noticed is that whenever I manually add an exercise after my workout, my recorded strain actually decreases instead of increasing, which feels very unusual.
Additionally, no matter how long or how intensely I train, my workout calorie burn almost never exceeds 270–280 calories. This seems unrealistically low considering the intensity and duration of my workouts.
I’m wondering if this could be related to a sensor issue, incorrect calibration, or if there’s something wrong with my device or data.
Could you please help me investigate this? I’d really appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps you can provide.
