Plans - Weight loss plan

Hi @tonychebs, great idea adding a weightloss plan.

If you want to create a custom plan you can pick items in 3 categories so here is what I’d imagine might help:

  1. Metrics:
    Disclaimer - allthough you absolutely can, and it’s a bit counterintuitive I maybe wouldn’t recommend inputting a goal weight because it will always make you fail your plan until the weight is reached
  • Daily Steps, HR Zones, Strain (all of these would make sense to be more active)
  1. Behaviors:
  • basically anything nutrition or movement related (I don’t want to recommend anything here, as it’s highly personal to you)
  1. Activities:
  • pick whatever you like (running, cycling etc.) and how often you wanna do it in a given week
