In January bought the peak trial month. After it was over I sent my Whoop-Hardware back. Now, 7 months later I decided to buy one year of peak. When I ordered it, Whoop on gave me the option to “prolong” my contract. After I did that, I got only confiration of my extension of peak but not that the hardware was gonna be sent to me. I sent a follow-up email, in which a AI-generated response told me that I apparently would already have the hardware, although I sent it back in January. Can anybody help me?
