Pairing to whoop issues

I recently switched to a new phone and my WHOOP device will not connect, even after following all troubleshooting steps. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Removed the device from Bluetooth settings on both old and new phones
  • Deleted and reinstalled the WHOOP app on my new phone
  • Restarted my new phone
    Despite these steps, I cannot get the device to connect. It previously worked fine on my old phone.
    Can you please assist with account/device reset or advise next steps? Let me know if you need my WHOOP serial number or any other info.
