My Whoop Age and Pace of Aging are quite acceptable but could be so much better. The areas dragging me down are Steps and Strength training. Now I can see the benefit of doing some strength work but steps are not for me. How many steps do other cyclists do when this is the only sport? 16k for my age is, to be honest, laughable but 50 mile bike ride and 3500 steps seems acceptable. Why does whoop insist on 16k and where does this number even come from. My age should be 6-7k and I thought someone in their 20s was maybe 10k.
