Order status for clarification

Hi, this is my order number B55083348. I know that this is a busy time of the year and things can get slow moving. I am just enquiring regarding my order placed on 30th November. I have been tracking daily on the page and it shows that my order is still being processed. Could you look into this and provide clarification please. I have emailed support also.
