Order not found

hi, I recently placed an order for a Whoop SportFlex Band on October 20, 2025. I received the confirmation email, but when I try to track it, I get the message ‘We couldn’t find your order.’ Could you please help me check the status? I can provide my order number privately if needed.

It can take about 2 business days after your order is placed for tracking information to be available and sent via email.

I think there might be a mistake. Normally, when an email arrives and I click “Track Order,” the location and order details always appear. But this time, I’m seeing this issue for the first time. What should I do? Should I wait longer?
