# Order not delivered and returned

My Order no. B71412544 was never delivered. It was returned automatically by the courier partner. Its been more than 45 days since i have placed the order. I am asking for refund.,  
TOTAL AMOUNT SHOULD BE REFUNDED OR THE VAT WILL BE EXCLUDED?
