Order not being processed

I’ve made an order on the past week and paid extra to get the order (a couple of new straps) within 2-3 days but i’m still waiting to even have it processed in WHOOPs tracking page.

After reaching out to WHOOP support the only anwser that i’ve got was “i’ve flagged this internally to our team and will get back to you as soon as possible”.

Order paid on the spot, with extra for faster delivery and so far … ZERO
