With Whoop seeming to skew more towards general health over athletic performance I think an option to set your level of activity would be a good inclusion. For example this could modify how Whoop coach interacts with you, daily recommendations for an athlete are very different from those that would benefit a sedentary person just trying to reduce their Whoop age.
On a higher level this could also modify how metrics such as steps impact your whoop age, for example if I have done a 3 hour hard bike ride any steps on top of that should be weighted higher than those I take on a rest day.
Many other metrics can also be vastly different between athletes and sedentary individuals.
I may be wrong but I suspect using the same algorithms for everyone lowers the relevance of data for athletes.
