I received my order today but there was only the band delivered with no Whoop MG device. And I had paid for express delivery. I have emailed support but just got an AI generated initial response with no response to my follow up emails so have no idea what is going on with the order or when i can expect the Whoop device itself to arrive as no other information on a seperate order has been received or anything? Anyone else able to provide insights. Or what happened if experienced a similar problem?
I ordered the device direct from Whoop and now wish I had done it through Amazon who would have delivered it within 24 hours free of charge as i am a Prime member.

Your order left our warehouse on 29 September, and with express shipping it’s tracking right on schedule for delivery within the expected 2–3 business-day window once shipped. Based on the information I’ve gathered from the case so far, it sounds like this will be delivered today.
