Not working after 6 days

After only 6 days of use, I woke up one morning and noticed that not only was all of my previous data missing, but the device seemed to be stuck on the previous day. It would not sync to the current date or save any new data.

I tried manually updating it, confirmed it had plenty of battery, deleted and reinstalled the app, and reconnected it to my phone. Everything appeared connected correctly, but nothing fixed the issue.

When I decided to return it, I found out that I would have to pay for return shipping, and the unused accessories I purchased are not eligible for return.

At this point, my question is: if the device is clearly defective, will WHOOP send a replacement unit? I’m concerned about taking a financial loss on a device that appears to be faulty after less than a week of use.

Has anyone had a similar experience?
