I am currently experiencing an issue with my device, as it is not connecting or functioning properly. There is no blinking indication, and I am unable to establish a Bluetooth pairing.
I have already tried connecting the device using different mobile phones to rule out any phone-related issues, but the problem persists.
For your reference, the device was purchased in November 2025.
