# No update from an open request to the WHOOP API Platform team

Hi Whoop Community,

I submitted my request to move from Sandbox to Build (100 members) back 3-4 months ago, with detailed answers for every field, and I haven’t received an approval or rejection email since. I understand requests are reviewed manually and in order, and that Membership Services can’t give status updates, so I’m not trying to jump the queue.

Is anyone from the API Platform team able to share a rough idea of current review times, or confirm whether older requests might have been missed? And has anyone else who applied around the same time heard back yet? It would help to know whether it’s worth resubmitting or just waiting it out.
