Hey everyone! I just joined the Whoop community and I’m trying to dial in my Strain tracking. It’s wild to me that there isn’t a direct Tonal integration yet!
Currently, I’m using my Apple Watch to bridge the gap (Tonal → Apple Health → Whoop), but the data is messy. Whoop keeps labeling my workouts as ‘Recovery’ and giving me a measly 4.1 Strain— for about 30-40 minutes of work max HR was 132 TOWARDS the end so it was pretty lay back .. even for a deload week, that feels off.
I’ve tried manually logging the activity time, but the Strain results vary wildly depending on the category I choose:

Weightlifting: 9.2 Strain

Weight Trainer: 4.3 Strain

Functional Fitness: 11.2 Strain
Which category do you find most accurate for a standard Tonal session? Also, if anyone from Whoop is reading… please give us a Tonal integration! It seems like a huge segment of the community is asking for it."
