New Whoop old Membership

So I testet the 4.0 a couple of weeks ago and send it back. A few days ago I ordered the 5.0 Life and wanted to log into my existing account with the new band. The app tells my that my membership is expired and I have to buy a new one. I ordered the whoop 5.0 with the same email address as the old one.

I see a support case has already been opened for you today. Our Membership Services will be able to help out with this. Keep an eye out for an email from them.

Create your own post describing what’s wrong, you can copy my text if you want. Someone from whoop will get in touch with you probably. It’s an internal error, they have to manually connect your new whoop band to your whoop account. You can also write them an email.

Hi, I am having the same problem like the other people in the community. Last year I had a whoop 4.0 and used the same email address. I have now bought whoop 5.0 peak and I used the same email address as I did back then and it asks me activate my membership and re join whoop. This is unacceptable as I couldn’t log my sleep and activity’s

Same here. My mom bought me a new whoop band and paid for year peak membership that I can’t activate
