New Whoop 5.0 battery doesn’t even last me a day

I’ve went through all of the trouble shoots and the battery still goes from 100% to 0% within the day. Haven’t had it for more than 45 days and it’s already not living up to the expectations given.

Hi! I received my Whoop 5.0 just over a month ago and I’m not experiencing this at all. Luckily, the Whoop comes with a lifetime warranty so Whoop should be able to swap it out for you.

Just out of curiosity, do you spend lots of time in extreme temperatures (really hot or really cold environments)? This is something known to affect all batteries.
