my whoop shows only about 25-30 cal per mile now and used to be 75-100. Yesterday I tested by choosing functional fitness while sitting at my desk. The cal count was not that much less than brisk walk. When I inquire all i get is this is the new approach. Since walking big part of my day, 3.5 to 4 miles at brisk pace, it is disappointing the whoops give it so less when pre algorithm change it was about 4 times more
