I applied for return my device to whoop but the thing is they send me mail from Australia and I am in New Zealand so the thing is they send Australian post office link which is not applicable in NZ’s Suburbs and I am confused what I have to do if anyone know can you guys help me please and if any official member of whoop can you give me some suggestion, and I need urgent replay because I have return it before christmas otherwise the office going to be close.
