Need Help to Delete Data - URGENT

Hi WHOOP Support,

I’d like to pass my WHOOP MG on to my father. Over time, I’ve built solid routines and have a good handle on my health, so I won’t be using WHOOP going forward.

My father is currently focused on improving his health, and I think WHOOP could be genuinely helpful for him as he starts that journey.

Before handing it over, it’s very important to me that all my personal and health-related data is fully and permanently deleted, so he can begin with a completely clean setup.

I would like to keep the current membership-plan active, with all my activity, health, and measurement data fully deleted, so he can start right away.

Hi @calledCharly , thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, saved data cannot be erased or reset in the way that you are requesting - as a way “to start from scratch.” This is because our deletion process is all or nothing and would delete the entire account, subscription, and any prepaid time or monthly credits on the account.

However, the good news is that your WHOOP is always re-establishing baselines. Approximately every three weeks, WHOOP recalibrates based on new information and adjusts your baselines using the new data collected.
