Hey @Sunbelievable,
Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble with the ECG screener. To troubleshoot and try to get it working again, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Make sure you are wearing your WHOOP device snugly on your wrist about an inch below the wrist bone. The back of the device must be in full contact with your skin.
Sit or rest in a still position while taking the ECG reading. Excess movement can interfere with the reading.
Keep your heart rate steady and calm during the reading. Elevated heart rate may make the reading unusable.
Place your thumb and index finger on the sensor indents on your WHOOP device as instructed in the app.
Ensure your wrist and device are clean and dry, free from sweat, water, dirt, or interference like hair or jewelry.
Make sure the ECG feature is enabled in the WHOOP app and you have completed the onboarding process for ECG.
Take the ECG reading again following these steps carefully.
If the reading is inconclusive, it usually means insufficient signal quality or irregularity in the signal. Trying again with the above tips often helps.
If you continue to have issues, please reach out to support@whoop.com so a member of our Membership Services team can help assist.
Thanks Liv!
that’s what I did - and it worked for a while (several months). Now it doesn‘t.
Will reach out to the support team!
