Hi @zabi_9999 , thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, saved data cannot be erased or reset in the way that you are requesting - as a way “to start from scratch.” This is because our deletion process is all or nothing and would delete the entire account, subscription, and any prepaid time or monthly credits on the account.
However, the good news is that your WHOOP is always re-establishing baselines. Approximately every three weeks, WHOOP recalibrates based on new information and adjusts your baselines using the new data collected.
