Not able to upgrade my membership

To upgrade your WHOOP membership, please follow these steps:

Open the WHOOP app.

Tap the More icon on the navigation bar.

Select My Account.

Tap Membership and Billing.

Choose Upgrade Membership.

Select your new, higher membership plan.

Complete the payment process.
Your upgraded membership will activate immediately after payment. If you are upgrading to the Life membership and need new hardware, some medical-grade features will activate once you receive the upgraded device.
