Membership not in account

Hey,

purchased new whoop 5.0 last week. Payed for 2 YEARS of coverage…. The app is still showing my membership is expired or I need to purchase another subscription. This is quite frustrating as I have been an avid user of whoop in the past. Anyone know I can resolve this? Tried everything. Might be time to switch to the aura ring?
