Wanted to start back up with the whoop 5.0 peak membership, so I ordered one with a 12 month sub, WHOOP Authorized on Amazon. Now the device works and starts up, but the app and website refuse to acknowledge the new membership after connecting it to my account. Ai Bot won’t do anything unless I log in, but when I do, it takes me to a 404 page. Whats the best way to go about this? I would like to use it, but sitting around for a week waiting for support really kills the fun
