Hi, I previously had whoop 5.0 and gifted it to someone with the id . I have recently purchased a new whoop5.0 peak.By mistake i had logged in to the same account.
Now i have created a new account and added the new device there.But i dnt seem to see the membership with the new whoop.
I have also emailed to the support@whoom.com .They asked for the invoice and serial number , which has been provided..no further email from whoop has been recevied..
Please Help!
