I’m on the $359 Whoop annual plan. In my 84 days wearing the Whoop MG, it’s fallen off a couple of times while playing basketball or running. I lost it yesterday at a crowded conference and didn’t realize until I left. I emailed support and keep getting a bot response saying to buy another. Can I PLEASE discuss with a real human? It would be infuriating to buy a $359 annual plan only to have to buy another sensor and strap after my initial one fell off so frequently. Can a real human please help me out?
