Lost whoop Band + Sensor

Hi guys,

Just had a question i lost my whoop band + sensor whilst swimming in the ocean, does this come under any warrantly as i was using it whilst swimming ? (A sport that the whoop band should be able to handle?). And wasnt sure how or where i go to get or order a replacement? thanks chase

Hi @Bigmanfromjapan , thanks for reaching out! A lost sensor isn’t covered under the warranty. You can purchase a replacement MG, or a 5.0, pending which device you are using.
