My WHOOP 4.0 detached while surfing and was lost in the ocean. I did not know that i could contact support. I did not misuse the device. it was secured as intended and appears to have come loose during activity the product is designed to withstand. I’d greatly appreciate any goodwill replacement or discounted replacement option considering my membership history. Thank you.
