Issue with WHOOP 5.0 Membership Activation

I would like to explain my situation regarding my WHOOP membership.

I have been using WHOOP 4.0 for the past two years, and my current membership was set to expire on May 27, 2026.

Before my membership expired, I purchased a new WHOOP 5.0 device from an online seller in Thailand. The seller clearly stated that the device included a 12-month membership.

Based on this, I expected that once I activated my new WHOOP 5.0, my membership would be extended for one additional year, until May 2027.

However, after activating the new WHOOP 5.0, my account did not receive the additional 12-month membership. My membership status did not update as expected.

I contacted the seller, and they confirmed that the device should include a one-year membership. However, when I contacted WHOOP Support, I was informed that you are unable to verify whether this device includes an active membership without the original order number.

Unfortunately, the seller does not have the order number, so I am unsure how to confirm whether the device includes the promised membership.

Could you please help me verify whether the WHOOP 5.0 device I activated includes a 12-month membership and assist me in resolving this issue?

I have the same issue upgrading from 4.0 to 5.0
