Yesterday I changed my iPhone with a new one. The device appeared in the Bluetooth list but on the Whoop app didn’t appear connected to the device. I disconnected it on he Bluetooth list, I deleted the Whoop app from my iPhone, I turned off the iPhone and then I downloaded the app again. The device doesn’t appear on the Bluetooth list. When I open the Whoop app, I go to the “device settings” –> “pair a device” and my device number appears, I select it and after 10-15 seconds (connection ongoing) I got an error message: “connection not working”. I charged then the device, I tapped the top of the sensor with two fingers but the blue light never appears. The only light that appears is the green one.
