I hope this message will be provided online to anyone who is considering buying a WHOOP. I ordered two Whoop one year ago, with 24-month subscription.
6-month ago, the battery started to emit noise while charging. I have requested a replacement. They send they will send. Nothing happened.
At the one year anniversary, they messaged me saying I had to pay for the second year. At that time, I forgot that I took a 24-month subscription and started the process again. Upon checking, I found out that I had subscribed already for 24 months but the customer service did not mention anything and expected me to pay again. No apologies for their mistake. They reinstated my purchase and didn’t take accountability for their mistake.
Now, one month later, I find out that the partnership of my partner wasn’t renewed for the second year (while it has been paid). Good that she asked me before renewing!
The service of this company is so unacceptable that it’s difficult to comprehend what is done with the money they make from their high-end products!
Stay away from it if you can!
